and capabilities as real estate operators.
Acquistions - We have acquired over $1 billion in real estate over the past 10 + years, including obsolete, underutilized assets from such corporate sellers as: Polaroid, Hubbell, Estee Candy, Michelin, American Cyanamid, Samsung, Olivetti, Mercedes Benz, and B.F. Goodrich. In addition to these corporate sellers, over the same period, we have acquired in excess of 100 properties from institutional and individual owners in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States.
Leasing - Since 1997, we have leased over 2.5 million square feet of space. Tenants with who we have transacted leases in excess of 50,000 square feet include: AT&T, BASF, New York Life, Computer Sciences Corporation, Cadbury, DuPont, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Merck, Merrill Lynch, Qwest Communications, Compaq, Wells Fargo, ADP, Panasonic, Sun Microsystems, EMC, and Lockheed Martin.
Construction/Development - In the past six years, we have completed $300 million of construction/development projects involving over three million square feet of space. This work includes such diverse projects as: (1) general contractor for a 250,000 multi-story office building leased to a credit tenant as a headquarters facility; (2) construction manager for a complex tenant improvement project involving secure interior SCIF space, secure exterior storage space, first class office space, and the replacement of the property's transformer (while a tenant was in occupancy); and (3) master planning a 1.4 million square foot, "Class A" office park redevelopment.
Financing/Dispositions - Since 1997, we have completed credit facility, sub-portfolio and individual asset financings totaling over $400 million. In addition, PRE personnel have completed over $500 million of asset sales in more than twenty separate transactions.
