Since 1996, the senior management team of Previdi Redevelopment Equities, L.L.C. ("PRE") has successfully acquired, developed and managed in excess of six million square feet of real estate valued at approximately $1 billion. Through the acquisition of over 100 buildings in major Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, over 2.5 million square feet of executed leases, over three million square feet of construction/redevelopment projects, over $400 million of portfolio and individual asset financings, and over $500 million of asset dispositions, PRE personnel have established a reputation for creating value and outperforming the market.

As a result of their operating performance, the PRE senior management team has been the recipient of numerous industry awards for excellence, including: the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) award for Best Suburban Office Park over 500,000 sq. ft. in Northern NJ; the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Creative Deal of the Year award for Northern NJ; the NAIOP - Boston Suburban Office Deal of the Year award; the NAIOP award for the best R&D/Flex building in Northern Virginia; the Developer of the Year award from the City of Rockville, Maryland; the Impact Award for Northern New Jersey as that region's "Developer of the Year"; and the NAIOP award for best rehab project in the Baltimore-Washington corridor.



The PRE senior management team is comprised of seasoned industry professionals, with an average of over 15 years experience.

Richard R. Previdi | Chief Executive Officer
For the ten years prior to forming PRE, Mr. Previdi was the President/CEO of three real estate investment/operating companies, each of which he built from conceptual business plan to operating reality. These companies were: Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust, WP Commercial, and Direct Invest. Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust ("WCPT") was formed as a joint venture between a publicly traded real estate merchant bank and a global investment bank. WCPT was focused on office and industrial property types in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets, and grew to approximately $1 billion in assets between 1997 and 2001. WP Commercial was a real estate operating platform focused on redevelopment as its core business. WP was formed in 2001 with an equity commitment of $75 million from a global investment bank and grew to over $200 million in assets by 2003. Direct Invest was formed in 2003 as a joint venture with a global investment bank. Direct Invest is focused on acquiring office and industrial assets in Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets and had grown to approximately $500 million in assets by 2007. Prior to founding these businesses, Mr. Previdi was a principal with Emmes and Company in New York City, acquiring portfolios of distressed assets from lenders and asset managing those assets. Prior to joining Emmes, Mr. Previdi was partner with Trammell Crow Company ("TCC") in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Joining TCC as an entry-level project manager in 1984, Mr. Previdi advanced to partner in 1987. While with TCC, Mr. Previdi was responsible for over five million square feet of commercial space and founded the company's brokerage operations in the Washington DC region. Before joining the TCC, Mr. Previdi was a Manager at Arthur Young and Company (now "Ernst & Young"), a public accounting firm, where he founded the entrepreneurial services practice.

Mr. Previdi has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Georgetown University Law School and a BS in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Hamilton College. Mr. Previdi is a member of the Washington D.C. Bar Association (inactive).


Howard Wolf | Director
Mr. Wolf has over 25 years experience in the development and construction management of commercial real estate. He has obtained entitlements for more than five million square feet of space, ranging from the redevelopment of individual stand alone buildings to 100+ acrea master planned business parks and greenfield sites. As a general contractor, he has completed over $500 million of base building (core and shell) construction, as well as over $100 million of tenant improvements.
           
Mr. Wolf began his career at Paragon Enterprises, a northern New Jersey based office developer with over $250 million in assets. Mr. Wolf joined Paragon in 1982 and advanced to Director of Operations and Partner in 1986. As Director of Operations for Paragon, Mr. Wolf was responsible for all aspects of development and construction related to Paragon's five million square foot portfolio. When Paragon's assets were acquired by a public REIT (Reckson), Mr. Wolf joined Reckson Associates Realty Corp. in 1997, where he co-created the New Jersey Division and was responsible for staffing, training, and managing the team of professionals that acquired, built and operated a portfolio that grew to three million square feet. In January 2000, Mr. Wolf joined WP Commercial with Mr. Previdi. In 2001, he formed and staffed WCPT's general contracting company, WCPT Construction Services. As President of WCPT Construction Services, Mr. Wolf was responsible for managing all aspects of development and construction in WCPT Commercial's three state portfolio totaling over $250 million in construction projects. Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Urban Planning from Rutgers University and a Master's of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin.


John Mayer | Manager
Mr. Mayer has over 16 years experience in commercial real estate development and construction management. Currently Mr. Mayer oversees the budgeting and the day-to-day construction project management for the Company's redevelopment projects. Before joining the Company, Mr. Mayer was a Project Executive at the Archon Group, LP, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for the project budgets, entitlements and project management for over two million square feet in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to Archon Group, Mr. Mayer worked for Mr. Wolf as Project Manager with Reckson Associates Realty Corp, where he was responsible for the project management tenant improvements and commercial base building projects. John also has held construction management positions with FJ Sciame Construction Group and John Gallin & Son General Contracting located in New York City.

Mr. Mayer received a Masters in Real Estate from New York University and a B.S. from Michigan State University.


Brett Hamilton | Senior Associate
Brett Hamilton is a Senior Associate for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hamilton worked in a similar capacity as a senior associate at Trammell Crow Company in its opportunistic real estate private equity fund. Mr. Hamilton began his career working as an economic consultant and gained exposure to real estate by consulting on the bankruptcy of a $10 billion Japanese real estate investment company. Thereafter, Mr. Hamilton joined CB Richard Ellis and quickly advanced to a director position, advising developers, investors, and public agencies on market trends, development opportunities, and project feasibility and financials. While attending business school, Mr. Hamilton continued to work as an independent real estate consultant for CBRE and began to work with Trammell Crow in its private equity fund, joining full-time after graduation with a focus on sourcing and underwriting opportunistic acquisitions across asset classes. Mr. Hamilton received a bachelor's degree with honors in economics from Pitzer College (The Claremont Colleges) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hamilton is a LEED Accredited Professional.
