Previdi Redevelopment Equities ("PRE") is a "boutique" commercial real estate redevelopment firm. Our core business is to identify underutilized, obsolete real estate assets in in-fill locations and to transform those assets into Class A, institutional quality properties. Our extensive redevelopment experience allows us to recycle these assets into uniquely attractive, functional and cost effective facilities for our clients.
The majority of our current redevelopment business is is (and has always been) the acquisition and redevelopment of excess corporate real estate. Currently, we have four such projects in process:
Arborcrest - The $50+ million redevelopment of a 900,000-square-foot, 137 acre corporate office campus (the former world headquarters of Unisys Corporation) located in the Philadelphia suburbs;
Towerview Corporate Center - The $15 + million redevelopment of 150,000-square-foot office/flex building (formerly owned by Hubbell Corporation) located in Northern Virginia;
Candlewood Corporate Center - The $40 + million redevelopment of a 450,000-square-foot warehouse project (formerly owned by Michelin Corporation) located near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport in Maryland; and,
Wolf Commerce Center - The $20+ million redevelopment of a 540,000 square-foot warehouse building inside the Washington D.C. beltway (formerly part of the Giant Food Headquarters).
